WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Island Park Reservoir for fishing, boating, and other water activities surrounds the home; the island offers multiple entrance points. Henrys Lake is also close by, only about a 25 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway for your parking needs. The garage is not available for guest use at this time.
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
~ LOCATION: This home is pinpointed on the map ~ Zoom in/out and left/right to understand exact location
