Thank you in advance for your cooperation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SLEEPING SET-UP ✔1 bed/1 bath pillowtop King ✔Memory foam sofa bed - We have had multiple guests tell us this is the best pull-out bed they've every experienced. ✔High-end auto-inflatable mattress. This sits about 20" off the ground and supports even a 280+lb fat guy like me. I tested it out one night, and I slept like a baby! This property will sleep six. Our management company calls this a hybrid 1 bedroom. It has a semi-private bedroom with walls separating but no door. If you're bringing kids or another adult couple, and you plan on getting a little groovy (if you know what I mean), you may not have the privacy you are looking for. If you've been married like us for 25+ years, it won't matter one ounce. We have a King bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed with a thick memory foam mattress. There is also a high-end inflatable queen mattress available. I'm 6'5" 280 lbs and have slept comfortably on both this sofa bed and the inflatable. No worries here! On site you'll find resort-style amenities. A huge lap-pool with abundant lounge areas and covered BBQ grilling space. Bring your swimwear. Yes, we do tan in Phoenix year-round! There is an amazing lounge space located on the roof with seating and more BBQ grills with stunning views of downtown Phoenix. Definitely spend some time up there in the evening with a few drinks to unwind from the day. A large gym, yoga studio, and large common areas are available for entertaining guests while in town. Our apartment home is located in the heart of Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix. This new urban-style apartment has all the space and comforts you'll need and so many more not offered by hotels down the street charging double the price. This space is set up exclusively for guest. We work nearby and are always available to help in any way needed. Roosevelt Row is a world-renowned culinary experience. Walk out the front door and you can experience amazing food from every genre you want. Restaurants, coffee bars, tavern, night clubs...you name it, are all within literally a few blocks walk. We will provide our favorite recommendations with our Guide Book. Better diet for a few days before arriving, because you're sure to add a few pounds on this trip! The property is minutes from Phoenix International Airport. Many people catch a cab, Uber, or Lift to the home. If you choose to rent a car or drive here, we have two private parking garages available. The light-rail is a few blocks away and will take you to Suns and Diamondbacks facility as well as the Civic Center and all downtown attractions.
