Full Guest Access
We're all about making your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. You have full access to the entire property except for a storage closet next to the front door during your stay. It's your home away from home, ensuring you have the freedom and flexibility to make the most of your time in Irvine.
We kindly request that you park your cars in the garage, as it is reserved for our guests' use. There are things stored in the garage, but ample of space to park two vehicles. A garage opener is provided for your convenience. There's a $65 fine if the opener is missing or misplaced. If necessary, you may also park in guest parking spaces next to the house. In that case, please remember to move the car every 72 hours. Please do not park in front of the garage.
Monday is the trash day, please take the trash cans out if you stay on a Sunday. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
We provide the key fob for access to community facilities such as the pool. Please understand that it is very expensive and time-consuming to be replaced, and its loss disallows future guests from using the pool/tennis courts for an extended period of time. There is a $300 fine for a missing or misplaced key fob.
