This gorgeous property is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of beautiful Lake Murray, has large windows to view the lake, and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, pickleball, picnic area with swings, wood burning fire pit on a sandy beach, new gas fire pit in lounge area on rear deck, as well as rocking chairs by the pool to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening!
There's also great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! In addition, there's two boat ramps on the premises to launch your own boat and a dock to moor at! This room also has a mini fridge/freezer/microwave combo and a keurig coffee maker. Paper goods, plasticware, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and linens are provided. While there is no kitchen, there is a propane grill available on the rear deck overlooking the lake, as well as many local restaurants.
