Only about a 10min walk or 2min drive away from the nearest Metro where you can access almost every part of Washington, DC and many parts of the surrounding tri-state area! Wish to drive? Downtown National Mall is only about a 18-20min drive away! We are located about 5.8 miles from University Of MD Hospital, and close to about 3 other Major Hospitals in Washington, DC. Guests have private garage access as well as extra driveway space. There's also free street parking in front of house. There's a small park to take the kiddies just up the street, and a large park across the bridge near RFK stadium. Only about a 7min drive.

This is our private residence and absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk beyond the yard in the front, and the end of the driveway in the back of the property.
