I am walking distance to the lake and the house comes with a boat slip water permitting. I am 1 mile to Moors and 1/2 mile to Buckhorn boat ramp. Moors has boat rentals, jet ski rentals, putt putt golf, playground, restaurant, playground, beach for swimming and a public boat ramp. The house is straight across the lake from the Rock Quarry, Sandy Beach and Smith Bay. Prime Location!
