Both living spaces are appointed nicely offering lake views and spanning lake view decks each with their own kitchen. Now let’s move is the total package with a lawn on the street side of the house for lawn games, two huge lakeview decks, a gas grill, gas fire pit and a fantastic dock offering a 12' X 40' slip for your boat with a nice swim platform. You can park up to 7 cars and there is trailer parking on the property also. Located at the 44 mile marker of the Osage Arm in Bollinger Creek Cove, just around the corner to Big Dicks Halfway Inn, this is the perfect location for rest, relaxation and great fishing!
