There is really nothing quite like the expansive view of Lake Michigan where it is just water as far as your eyes can see and you can drink your coffee with the birds overhead. It is walking distance from a semi-private beach where you can have the sand beneath your feet and just watch the waves roll in all day. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom home boasts the most AMAZING view but the inside has a perfect mix of quaint and comfortable. There is one large KING in the master bedroom, a separate bedroom with a twin and full as well as an extra kid's cottage with bunk beds. The kid's cottage is a bit more rustic, and is a separate building. To access the beach, it is at the dead end you see right before you turn right to head up to the property. Montague is only 4-5 miles away. Montague foods is a great place to shop for groceries and get wood for the fire pit. Feel free to visit Old Channel Inn Restaurant in walking distance as well! PLEASE NOTE: Erosion has affected the shore and there is a drop off at the bluff. There is a rope that marks the area, but you must be careful while walking. Contractors may come to the property at any time to address the bluff and concerns. There is no central air at the property but the breeze from the lake cools the entire home.
