A bunk house with living room, big screen TV, mini-fridge, and 4 built-in bunk beds each with a TV and gaming system set up. A carport is attached to the bunk house. Note, there is no bathroom or running water in the bunk house. An outdoor shower is located on the dock. It has both cold and hot running water as well as a sink and mirror. There is ample seating as well as a fire pit. Boat house with all the toys paddle boards, kayak and paddle boat, floats and fishing poles. The deck offers outdoor dining with ample seating as well as a hot tub.
