LIVING AREAS
Curl up on two cozy sofas next to the wood-burning stove in the sunny living room. Two modern accent chairs provide additional seating.
Downstairs, the second living room is outfitted with a large sectional sofa and a 55” TV with cable. A ping-pong table provides hours of group fun, or gather around the four-person high top table for a round of cards.
KITCHEN & DINING
Granite countertops shine in the modern chef’s kitchen, which is equipped with a full suite of brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Helpful gadgets and tools include a Chicago Cutlery knife set and a coffee grinder.
When it’s time to eat, gather around the twelve-person dining table. A breakfast bar provides additional seating for four.
BED & BATH
This home includes five bedrooms that sleep 16 total. Three full bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.
Find peaceful tranquility in the master bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed and a 55” TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

Drive 17 minutes to downtown Granby or 7 minutes to the convenient commercial enclave of Tabernash.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 10 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
