Positive: Cute house with plenty of parking and amenities. My family had a wonderful time playing in the water with the kayaks, and water board. We brought our SeaDoo and lily pad mat for many hours swimming and playing. I would recommend this property for the value. It is located close to many fun areas on the water but quiet. Neighbors were friendly and the yard so flat and close to water.

Negative: I never got the info on the WiFi, I had to call. Also the Lilypad mat was ripped so as soon as my grandson got on the pad, it ripped. We had one so was not a problem for us. More trash containers were needed… the raccoons got in trash left on top so had to save trash in truck of car until the day we left.

Summary: Fun and cute house, such a good value in a good cove and great amenities with a flat lot.
