YOUR SPACE
Looking for a tranquil suburban getaway that’s nestled amid the trees and has room for up to 10 guests?
This 4 bed house is only a 20 min drive from downtown Seattle and a great place from which to explore the Pacific Northwest. It’s been recently remodeled with high quality furnishings and finishes, plus top quality appliances, making it ideal for families and friends seeking somewhere luxurious and modern to call home for a weekend, week away or even longer.
You get 2,800 Sq ft of living space to enjoy. Uniquely, the house has a living room and kitchen on each of its two floors. And there’s a full bedroom downstairs too, to make up a full living area with a lockable door between the floors. So if some in your group want a little privacy (or to maintain social distancing) it’s no problem.
**2 LIVING ROOMS**
Both have large 4K TVs, so everyone gets to watch what they want in style, all from the luxury of comfy couches. There’s a fireplace upstairs too to add to the snug factor, while the Love Sack bean bag in the downstairs living room is sure to prove popular. This space also has a dining table with a padded bench and two large chairs, a great spot to gather for meals or get down to some work.
**2 KITCHENS**
Having 2 kitchens can come in real handy if you’re preparing a big meal to celebrate a special family or friends occasion. Upstairs is where you’ll find the main kitchen and all the modern appliances you’re likely to need to ensure everyone can enjoy tasty snacks and meals during your stay. The downstairs kitchen is smaller, but still has a sink, microwave, stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer and a Keurig coffee maker. So whoever wakes first can get that wonderful aroma wafting around the house!
**4 BEDROOMS**
You’re sure of a great night’s sleep whichever of the four bedrooms you get, as all have memory foam mattresses. There’s a mix of King & Queen beds in the house, with 3 of the bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The large Primary Bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed, large spa-like bathroom with separate water closet/toilet room, 4k TV, large closet and laundry with a washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom up here has a king-sized bed, while the third features a twin bed with trundle bed that pulls out. The downstairs bedroom is a large one too with room for 2 queen beds plus a small desk that offers up a great breakout space to get some work done. This room has the added bonus of sliding glass doors that open onto a small patio - a great room to wake up in, pull open the doors and take in the fresh air.
**3 BATHROOMS**
Three bathrooms between 10 guests ought to mean there’s no waiting to get ready when you’re going out. Between the 3 rooms you get heated tiled flooring, rain heads in the showers and two tubs you can lie back in and relax.
REMOTE WORKING?
There’s plenty of table space in the house. You can use the dining table or the desk in the downstairs bedroom. And the whole house is served by Gigabit WiFi, so staying in touch with clients and colleagues is quick and easy.
OUTSIDE SPACE
As well as the small patio area outside the downstairs bedroom, upstairs sees a large deck with seating for at least 6. Plus there’s a gas BBQ grill, making this a great place for people to gather for good food and great conversation!
PARKING
There’s off-street parking for 2 cars with additional parking spaces at the back of the house.

This delightful property is tucked away in a quiet area of North Seattle at the north end of Lake Washington. So you can expect plenty of privacy. Make the most of easy access to Seattle and Bellevue without toll bridges.
It’s in an area in which everything is neatly spread out, with parks to choose from and stores and restaurants about a mile away. So be sure to make the most of the tranquility this location offers (and also make the most of the easy access you’ll have to Seattle - which is just 20 mins away - and Bellevue without toll bridges!)
Here’s just a small selection of places nearby you might want to visit during your stay:
Grace Cole Park - only a five minute walk away, this offers an expansive network of trails and forest for hikes and bikes.
Lake Forest Park meets Lake Washington about a mile to the southeast. Here you’ll find parks, shopping, restaurants, and various water-sports.
Kenmore Air conducts seaplane tours of the northwest from its location at the north end of Lake Washington just 2 miles away.
Edmonds is a small artistic community on the Puget Sound with great restaurants, art galleries, bars, parks, and ferry access to Kingston and the Olympic Peninsula. It’s just 5 miles to the west.
Woodinville is home to several large Washington wineries. There’s also a selection of great restaurants and shops.
It’s also a good place to jump on the Sammamish River Trail and is just 6 miles east of the house.
Mukilteo is 9 miles north, and is another great small town on the Puget Sound. It’s ferry departs for the incredibly scenic Whidbey Island (Deception Pass is a must-see).
You can also head indoors to the world’s largest building and take the Future of Flight and Aviation Tour at the Boeing factory here.
5 minutes to I-5, 5 minutes to Lake Washington! Close to bus lines 308, 331, 342. Connection to Rapid Line E and 372X to UW/Bothell.

The house is located on the outskirts of Seattle, so getting here by car is recommended. It’s just 5 minutes from I-5 and 20 mins from I-405.
Once here, you’ll have plenty of public transport options to choose from.
Bus routes 308, 331, 342 all serve the area. There’s a Transit station at Northgate just a 10 min drive away. And from there it’s just 5 minutes to the University District, 12 minutes to downtown Seattle, 30 minutes to the stadiums, and 45 minutes to Sea-Tac Airport.
