You will be the guest of the owner.
Wyndham requires a full name and address for guest confirmation, with valid photo ID, and must be at least 21 years of age. You must message me your email address and your full name as it appears on the photo ID, of the person who will be first to check-in.
Only this one person may check the group in. There will be $250 security deposit held which is released after checkout. Any cancellation prior to 15 days of travel will not be allowed.
A valid credit card will be required at check-in. There will be a $250 credit card hold which is released at checkout if there are no outstanding charges.
You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham time share presentation.
