The lower level features a large living room area with pool table and another gas fireplace, 2nd en-suite bedroom, two additional guest rooms with Jack-n-Jill bath. All the lower level bedrooms have doors entering out to the deck and porch. Relax on the lower level large covered porch or furnished back deck, which spans the length of the house. All deck flooring is Brazilian IPE wood and retractable awnings installed above all deck areas.
The chef of the family will feel inspired in the gourmet kitchen with the high-end appliances including a gas cooktop, griddle, refrigerator, double wall oven, and large island/bar with seating for 4.
