Our home, in a newly built subdivision, is approx. 5 miles from the Augusta National Golf Club. It features 5 Bedrooms/3 Baths plus Office/Study space. Beautiful kitchen which includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and large island with seating open to large dining area and living room. One bedroom and full bath on the main level. Huge owners suite. Our home also offers a private patio with fireplace. A great house for a large group close to the golf course and restaurants.
The space
Built in 2015 our home offers 2850 sq. ft of living space. It's an excellent set up for families or groups. We can provide an air mattress upon request, for the 5th bedroom.
Please note, we typically extend the daybed (2 twins) into a single king size bed.
Guest access
Guests will access the house through the front door using the keyless door access code provided prior to check in.
Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the master bedroom closet and garage.
Guest will also have access to Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. Laundry detergent will be provided.
Guests may park on the spacious driveway or street.
Interaction with guests
The owners will be available via Text, Phone or email should you have any questions or concerns.
Other things to note
The house has a large TV in the living room, a TV in the master, and a third TV in the 5th bedroom (gym). The outdoor screened in patio also has a tv above the fireplace. All TVs have cable through YoutubeTV, along with Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
High Speed fiber wireless internet access is available throughout the whole house.
The house is also equipped with keyless entry locks on the front entrance (access code will be granted prior to arrival).
New linens will be provided for all the bedrooms. All bathrooms will be stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for the duration of your stay.
Security system is available and can be set up for guests to use.
