Unique contemporary design featuring 15' ceilings. Private access to 3-Mile Harbor. Possible rental of my 14' Bluejay sailboat to qualified sailors located next to house = $300/week. I will meet with prospective guests and introduce them to the house, site, etc. The house is registered as a rental home with the Town of East Hampton, registry number 16-2,771.
