Summary: The thermostat housing was broken, and there was a piece of cardboard covering the switch and temperature sensor that said "DANGER, HIGH VOLTAGE" under the housing. This wasn't an issue for me but a curious child could electrocute themselves. . The A/C and fan were on when I arrived but the room was about the same temperature as outside; it was very hot for sleeping. . The shower curtain is missing several hooks thats hold it up which makes the curtain intrude into the shower space more and it kept sticking to me, which was unpleasant, as I suppose the shower curtain isn't changed and washed for every guest.
