Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in and must be staying at the property. additional note:, please note that the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently closed and scheduled to reopen in mid-2023. due to supply chain issues, we do not have an exact date at this time. the upper area of the health club with the gym and spa is open, the free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from thanksgiving to the end of march. , the shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, bbq grills and fire pit are open from mid-june to mid-september and located outside between buildings 1 and 2, pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. please let us know in advance, pets are not allowed. there will be a fine for any unauthorized pets, a community laundry room is available in each building. the condo does not have its own washer and dryer, wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational and not listed as an available amenity for guests.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Positive: Location and brewery was great. Nice to have kitchen in room.

Negative: There was black mold in the kitchen. Very outdated for the price.
