This 3BR/3BA home is the ideal getaway for families with kids or a group gathering. The upstairs patio is massive and boasts beautiful views of the canal, Estes Flats and Aransas Bay. For those who are not interested in going out to fish, sunbathing on the luxurious loungers will be hard to beat! Take a journey on the spiral staircase to the downstairs area. This spot will surely be a favorite amongst your group! There is an outdoor table with seating for 4 in addition to a hammock to bird watch from. The boat dock is massive and spans across three lots, so casting a line and reeling in your catch are easy to come by at Nana's Cabana. Unfortunately, there is no access to the boat lift for guests. This home features a downstairs gaming area complete with poker table, billiards table, and 50 inch flat screen TV with cable access. Complete with retro and vintage furnishings, guests will enjoy taking a step back in time to marvel at these fun knick-knacks. This area is perfect for the kiddos, with two separate sofa sleepers provided. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and a separate refrigerator to store your fish in. Please note that the downstairs section of this home is only accessible via the separate entrance --- you cannot access it from inside the top floor of the home. The upstairs area is perfect for entertaining. Nana's kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you will need on your vacation: dishwasher, fridge, standard coffee maker AND Keurig, plus abundant flatware, utensils and cookware. There is indoor dining room seating for 6 and additional seating on the upstairs patio for 4 more. The living room has a sofa sleeper plus a 50 inch flat screen television with SmartTV and cable access. If you are looking for a great spot to host a family game night, this spacious area is ideal. Guests will enjoy being able to take advantage of the numerous seats provided in addition to the couch. The primary bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is very large and has a tub/shower combo in addition to a double vanity. There is a dresser and ample closet space to store your belongings. A SmartTV with cable access has also been provided for this bedroom. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed and also has direct access to the primary bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable access, and shares access to the hallway bathroom. Additional amenities include free parking for up to 4 vehicles, complimentary Wi-Fi, a charcoal BBQ grill, game room and a washer and dryer. While you do have the option of tying your boat to the dock, use of the boat lift is strictly prohibited. City-by-the-Sea is right between Rockport and Aransas Pass. For those looking to access Rockport or Port A beaches, you are just a quick drive away. Check out great restaurants within walking distance, including Shempy's and Crab-Inn. Downtown Rockport is just 7 minutes away and has numerous local shops you can enjoy while on vacation.
