Nestled in an aspen grove with a large back yard to relax or play in, this town home is perfect for a relaxing get away to recharge and reconnect with your family and friends. A spacious three bedroom floor plan with open living/kitchen area makes entertaining and gathering easy. Enjoy a movie night in the lower level or play a game of Foosball! The kitchen is well appointed with top end appliances, fully stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils and spices. In the summer enjoy a great meal on the deck using the Weber grill and listen to the breeze rush through the aspens. In the winter the ski resorts just a half mile away! You can walk there in 10-15 minutes or hop on the shuttle that picks up just outside the door, literally less than 50 steps away! A brand new hot tub has been installed as well!
The master bedroom has a new king memory foam bed. The downstairs guest room is set up with a new queen bed. The bunk room has a total of 4 twin beds (there's a fold out memory foam cot in the closet)
