Newly remodeled 1889 historic Silverton home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Modern design with tasteful decor. Upstairs bath has a luxurious steam shower and the downstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub. This is one of the most well kept and beautiful rental homes in Silverton. One King bed and two Queens. Kitchen is very spacious and entertainment worthy. It is fully stocked complete with granite countertops and a dining nook that easily seats six with room for accommodating larger parties. The house has radiant in-floor heating throughout. Large and very cozy living room with gorgeous oriental rug and gas fireplace. There is also a laundry room stocked with earth friendly laundry detergent.
The fenced-in backyard is very private; includes a back deck with propane grill. This beautiful yard is complete with shady Aspen trees and a beautiful rock and perennial garden outlined by a lush green lawn. The views of Sultan, Grand Turk and Kendall Mountains are glorious. Located just off of Main street on notorious Blair street. Comfortably sleeps 6 (7 with couch).
