* Excessive noise or activities that could disturb neighbors or invalidate insurance policies are prohibited. If the police are called for any disturbance, the reservation will be immediately terminated, and your security deposit will be forfeited.
Damage Policy
* Any damage to the property will incur a minimum fine of $500, with additional charges for more extensive damage.
Cleaning Services for Extended Stays
* For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory cleaning is required every 2 weeks. This includes fresh linens, towels, and a thorough cleaning of the common areas. A 48-hour notice will be given before each cleaning.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
* Early check-in is available with prior notice for a fee of $175.
* Due to high demand, late check-out cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare for the next guest.
