This newly renovated property sits along a private road just a short walk (3-4mins) from Shooters Bar & Grill and a short drive to entry at Blackrock Resort. A short 20 minute drive to downtown CDA, and a short boat ride to Harrison or other lakeside attractions.
This lakeside home provides exceptional views and full-day sun exposure from the south-facing deck, private beach, as well as a new dock/slip to accommodate boats up to 30-feet in length. Two personal watercraft ports (jetski) also available upon request. The home contains two independent air-conditioners (dual zone capable) to provide cool interior conditions during the warm summer months.
The private beach provides for easy lakeside recreation, including two kayaks, three stand up paddle boards, and fishing rods (you are responsible for licensing). Patio seating and dining seats ten.
Second living area downstairs provides for easy entertaining/meals on the deck, including second refrigerator, large capacity commercial ice maker, sink, foosball table, and ROKU TV (sign into your apps for music etc).
Master bedroom on main floors contains a king bed, wall mounted ROKU TV, and large closet and situated next to full bathroom.
Second bedroom on main floor contains a custom, built-in, bunk bed in a Full over Queen arrangement.
Large room on patio level contains a king bed, as well as a custom made, built-in bunkbed (two Queen, two Full). The large bunk room also provides a ROKU TV and large custom stand up desk with two computer monitors, docking station, and HD webcam for anyone needing to "work" while staying at the lake.
Property contains all new bed mattresses, flooring/carpet, lighting, linens, bathroom fixtures, towels (bath and beach), cooking pots/pans, 4 x ROKU TVs, propane BBQ grill, and kitchen appliances.
This property can accommodate parking for FOUR automobiles. Parked vehicles shall not exceed four at any time (the home is on a private road which DOES NOT allow for parking elsewhere).
