Positive: Loved the lake, the provided kayaks, fire pit and the back porch area.

Negative: The beds were far too firm, the yard had so much goose poop you couldn't take a step without landing in it so we spent a lot of time cleaning it up and ended up with blisters just so we could comfortably get in and out with the kayaks. No night lights in the bathrooms. The hot tub was at 97° so we couldn't use it until the second night when it was warmer. No steps for the hot tub, no dock area. Would love if the shower had a detachable head

Summary: Mattresses are extra firm. Fantastic location on the lake!
