Close beach access is a short walk away at the lighthouse park at E Chili Blvd and at E 3rd St (few people even on busiest weekends of the year). Owners are purchasing the gulf-side house ("skinny mini") directly across the street and beach access after May 2025 will be available by private boardwalk directly across the street from the steps up to your apartment as shown in the ariel photos.
