Summary: We pulled up and thought we should probably just find somewhere else but we were running late and needed to get to our event. The outside appears in disarray however, I believe they are in transition of ownership and repairs. The air conditioning unit cover was taped on to wall base and did fall off. There were cracks between the window casing and wall where we could see insulation. The window was unlocked at time of check in. The bed was clean, bathroom was clean. The remainder of the room left much to be desired. I wore socks/hubby wore shoes until we climbed into bed, due to carpet appearance. We did check for bedbugs - NONE noted. Bedskirt was stained, end tables were gross - I wiped them down with wet washcloth that turned grey. NO mold in the bathroom which was a plus and it was decent. Parking lot and grass had many discarded beer bottles and garbage lying around. I never did see the Front Desk person throughout our stay. Hubby checked in and he talked to someone. Overall, we got a clean bed/shower/toilet. Not worth what they charged us to have our two small dogs who are well trained in the room ($30 PER dog for one night and they stay in a kennel). The lobby is nice, the remainder of the hotel needs some serious repairs. Won't stay here again and probably will bypass any OYO property in the future.

Summary: Waited for over five minutes at front desk for someone to appear. We tried to let them know we were there by saying "hello anyone here" with no response. After five minutes we called the front desk then someone came from the back. The room wasn't the cleanest either. TV stand and night stand were sticky, sheets looked to be stained, food left in fridge from last guest and not taken care of.

Summary: The hotel was in poor condition. Wi-fi terrible, ice maker did not work. I was not comfortable sleeping here. There were no other renters.

Summary: Place looked dilapidated; outside peeling, inside messy, no hot water in the sink. Incompetent night clerk: gave wrong room; could not print receipt-told to get receipt from website where I booked room.

Summary: 10 years ago or so, this hotelwas where the druggies would stay, party, and you could smell pot and cigarettes from outside.
Being left vacant for 5-6 and then ownership taken by OYO team, it's remarkable how they've transformed it. Don't let the outside fool you, it is clean, warm, hot shower with pressure. A tad outdated but you can clearly see what the vision is and I will certainly be staying here again to watch the vision unfold. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you OYO team!
