This house has all you need for a relaxing stay at the beautiful, laid back, Cherry Grove Beach, just north of Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. House includes a Smart LED flat screen TV in the living area and additional wall mounted, Smart LED flat screen TVs in all 4 bedrooms. House equipped with WiFi.
Covered back porch with 5 rockers, overlooks dock and channel. 1 bedroom w/ king size bed, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed & 1 single bed, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Queen size Sleeper Sofa in the living room can allow for 13 to sleep. Sheets and bath towels provided, however, guests with larger groups are encouraged to bring your own linens due to the time involved in laundering our linens before check out. Washer & Dryer in the convenient upstairs laundry room. Wood and vinyl floors throughout. Outdoor amenities include outdoor grill and picnic table, and a great sun deck and floating dock for fishing, crabbing, sunbathing, or just hanging out. The paved area under the house is a cool, breezy place to enjoy the channel views in a swing. Channel dredging in 2017 improved it greatly. The floating dock was replaced in May 2018. Bring the boat! Easy walk to beach-2 minutes. Public beach walkway at the end of this street. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, shopping, golf, and attractions.
June thru August rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY only due to the schedule of the professional cleaning company we use. Other times of the year are 3 night minimum bookings. Long term monthly Fall / Winter rentals also available, please contact us for pricing!
