Our home has three bedrooms, its own dedicated office space, two large bathrooms with dual sinks, and a fully equipped kitchen. Within walking distance is a large park, complete with bike trail.
Entire home including one-car garage is available for your stay! Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private en suite bathroom and reading nook. Both Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 feature a queen bed. There are two bathrooms with the master having a large soaking tub and walk-in shower and Bathroom #2 featuring shower/tub combo. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).
Smart TVs with Peacock and Discovery Plus streaming service included in both the living room (60"), and office (42"). Alexa devices with Spotify music streaming service as well as High speed Wi-Fi internet is available to use throughout the home.
Kitchen has air fryer toaster, blender, microwave, oven, fridge with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, and stove along with dishes and cookware to serve eight guests. A drip coffee maker, espresso maker, and Keurig coffee maker are included. Washer and dryer is available for guest use.

- Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with two visitors during the day. Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their drivers license before check-in.
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.
- (For guests staying over one month only) Unless pre-approved in advance to waive, there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required every month to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Two or three housekeepers will be onsite. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
- There are three security cameras located on the property. One is by the front door located at the doorbell. The other two are the backyard to monitor our side gate and patio door. The camera in the backyard does not overlook anywhere inside the home. We fully respect our guests' privacy.
