Well-designed and appointed. Tasteful. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is pristine and perfect in the village of Sag Harbor. Open layout, custom kitchen, two fireplaces--one in the great room at the rear of the house overlooking the wonderful gardens, pool and pool house and one in the front living room with views out onto a private front yard. Ensuite bedroom down and two ensuite bedrooms upstairs. The lower level has a work area and tons of storage and laundry plus a half bath. The back yard is entered through the glass wall of the back of the house through a pergola-covered dining area with built-in grill, sound speakers and seating. The lovely gunite pool has seating on the south side bluestone terrace, all fully hedged in for privacy. The pool house/studio is a dedicated work space with printer, half bath, sound system, TV and heat/ac is sited at the end of the property with nice views of the garden and pool and rear elevation of the house. If you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. The master bedroom is upstairs as well as one of the two guest bedrooms. There is one bedroom on the main floor.
