Be prepared to have the time of your life!! This very unique house is unlike any other property on our program. First of all, when you arrive you'll be blown away by the extensive amount of water front property you have access to, 380 ft to be exact!! Bring your water toys and all of your fishing gear, there is even enough room in the yard to put up a tent! The house is an old airplane Hangar. We feel very confident that whatever piques your interests, it will be here! This house has a very nice outdoor area complete with a large hot tub. There is a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. There are 3 boat slips and a floating jet ski dock. (jet ski not included). The boat launch is very close to the property and the boat slips are large enough to accommodate a pontoon boat! You are only a few miles from all of the Gulf Shores attractions, but you will feel miles away from everything! Check out the Gulf Coast Zoo in it's new location. For the young and the young at heart, take a spin on the go carts at The Track, or play a round of putt putt golf. Enjoy fresh seafood at the many restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer.
This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. Limit two dogs. This home does not allow any pets other than dogs. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
- 35 lbs or less. Please contact us directly if pet is over the weight requirement.
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the condo.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
