Incredible view, private pool, deep water dock, sun deck at boat dock, private gate, Movie Room, WiFi, Bluetooth Stereo with speakers inside, on deck and around pool, outdoor games, kayak’s & corn hole, pool volleyball, pool basketball, boat launch just down the street, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms; main level has King Master with private bath, family room, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, laundry room. Upper level had two spacious Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. Lower level has two king bedrooms sharing private bath, mini kitchen with frig, bar, game / tv room for the kids to get away. Outside a huge covered porch to enjoy your coffee, breakfast with incredible views.
Pool is not heated, but most guest find it comfortable prior to October. Pool closed October 7th- Apr 15 unless we agree on different dates.

The view, privacy of the lot, pool, patio, spacious gathering areas for adults and Children with plenty of beds for all. There is a TV in every room. Please do not change the wiring of any TV.
Minimum age to book is 30yrs old. Major Summer Holidays require 7 day booking.

Pool will be closed for winterization on October7th - April 15th unless mutually agreed to open.
Property has exterior security camera monitoring system, for driveway, side yard and dock, there are none on interior or focus on the pool. NO smoking allowed of any kind in the house, on the deck, on any porches or on the property at all!!!
