Built in 2016; this three-story home is located one block from perfect sunsets and two blocks from subdivisions' private beach access. First floor has tv seating area and half bath. Washer and dryer are in utility room on this level. The second level includes the kitchen which has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and includes all the essentials for cooking. Island seating for three. This home boasts two master suites great for multiple families. The larger of the two master suites is located on level two with a large shower, double vanity and a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Comfortable seating and a gas fireplace in the living room keeps it toasty on chilly evenings. Full deck on front of house has outdoor dining table area and separate seating area with gas fire pit. The third floor has three more bedrooms, one of which is also a master suite that has doors to the front deck. Front deck has seating area and has fire pit. Table and chairs. A loft area on the third level with a TV makes a great place for teenagers to hang out. Front of home has decks on both levels that are 8 ft wide! Towels and beach towels are provided free of charge. We have a wagon for you to carry your beach gear or children to the tram and stairs which are about a 3 minute walk from the home. Enjoy all these amenities in a small, quiet subdivision just 5 miles from downtown South Haven and 15 miles from Saugatuck/Douglas. Enjoy surrounding wineries and golf courses within minutes from the home. Large yard available for outdoor activities. Corn hole (bags) and volleyball net located at property. Approximately 3200 sq ft home. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach building sandcastles.
