The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes for your stay. The bedroom has a Queen bed with futon. Just off the bedroom is the bathroom with stand up shower. The living room has a wonderful bar area to enjoy breakfast or play cards. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for two additional guests. On the outside there is a deck that wraps halfway around the house giving you lots of space to enjoy the setting sun as you grill out. There is a fire pit just off the deck for you to enjoy scary stories or roast s'mores around. The yard is big enough to place horseshoes or run around playing catch. Just below the house is where you can find the dock. This dock is private with a boat slip included.
The driveway is large enough for 2-4 cars and parking is free.
