Located on 2 acres of wooded property, our 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house plus sleeping loft is 5 minutes from the center of East Hampton. We are 2 miles from the Peconic Bay and 3 miles from ocean beaches. Garden planted to have flowers most of the summer. Automatic garden sprinklers.
Pool surrounded with new wood deck with outdoor sofa and arm chairs plus 4 chaise long and outdoor mattresses.
Next to house a brick patio, 8 person dining table and chairs. Barbecue set.
Our 2000 square foot house has two fireplaces, dining area and open Kitchen all on one floor and 5 steps up to a separate sleeping wing with its own sitting area separated from sleeping area by sliding doors. Separate wet bar with sink and refrigerator and full bath. There is also an outdoor shower.
We are available for 1 month rentals from Memorial day to Labor day.
