Centrally located in the heart of downtown Portland and with a walk score of 96 - it boasts 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. This charming home includes a a second floor laundry room and a reading nook. The backyard space is perfect for grilling, or just hanging out before heading downtown. Nestled in the heart of Munjoy Hill - directly behind Oxbow brewing and within a 10 minute walk of all the local breweries, cideries, Eastern Promenade and Commercial Street. In the summer, there are food trucks galore to take advantage of.
The Space
Built in 1874, this home is within walking distance of all that Portland has to offer. The first floor provides a living space, kitchen/dining area and a bedroom with a full bed. The kitchen leads to a backyard - a unicorn find in the heart of Portland. The second floor offers a full bathroom, a master bedroom with a king bed, a “walk through” room with a full two twin beds and a laundry room. The third floor renders a half bath, two twin beds and two full beds - from this room you’re able to look out across the city. This is the perfect location for a large group of people - whether you’re looking to enjoy the breweries, good food or just want to be near the water and explore Portland, Maine.
