Large, fully remodeled Georgian colonial right by the Little Spokane river with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has an extensive driveway with a gate at the entrance, leading down to a three car garage. On the back deck, there is a massive eight person hot tub along with tables and chairs as well as some by the fenced-in pool in the shade. Just off of the driveway there is a court with a net for pickleball and two hoops for basketball. The gated yard wraps around the entire house and is huge, including a playground. You will also find a tranquil fountain by the side of the house that has many statues and features. There are many things to do in Spokane; the neighborhood alone is perfect for a long walk, leading back around to the house. Just a few minute's drive away from the house, you can go to places like the Village Centre Cinemas or the Cat Tales Wildlife Center where there are animals like tigers, bears, ligers, lions, foxes, and more. Going a little farther, there are many attractions and landmarks to see such as the clock and giant wagon at Riverfront Park or the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture; for more outdoors activities, you can visit the trails on the Little Spokane river to view wildlife or ride the scenic gondola directly over the massive Spokane Falls and beside the beautiful and walkable Monroe Street bridge. For a tamer experience, you can walk through the Nishinomiya Tsutakawa Japanese or Manito Park gardens and ponds.
