3 Bedroom Cabin in Island Park
Welcome to Cascade Lodge! Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated cabin only 30 minutes from Yellowstone, 3 minutes from Mack’s Inn and a stone’s throw away from Henry’s Fork. The cabin is built on an acre lot so you will have lots of space to let the kids roam or hang your hammock and relax. In the evening, have an outdoor BBQ and roast marshmallows over the fire pit.
~~~THE SPACE~~~
BEDROOMS
The cabin can sleep 12 adults comfortably across 8 beds. It has two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with one queen bed. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single over queen bunk. The loft has two single over queen bunks. The bedroom and loft are connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms: one on the main level with a bathtub+shower combo and another in the loft with a shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with essentials including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, crock-pot, electric tea kettle and Keurig coffee maker (with a few K-Cups provided).
LIVING SPACES
The living room downstairs has a large sectional, four armchairs, and a large round dining/game table. The loft upstairs primarily accommodates sleeping.
TV & WIFI
There is one 32” TV in the downstairs bedroom. The TV is equipped with a Roku so you can stream any of your favorite shows from Netflix, Disney+, HBO, Hulu, etc. Wifi is accessible throughout the cabin at 100mbps.
LAUNDRY
There’s a laundry room available with a washer and dryer. It includes a few Tide pods for your personal use should you need them.
HEAT & COOL
The home is heated by gas furnace controlled by Nest thermostat and a wood fireplace in the downstairs living room. There are two additional space heaters if needed. The best way to cool down is to turn on the fans, open the windows and let in some fresh mountain air.
INFANTS
A pack-and-play is stored in one of the bedrooms and is available for guests with infants.
FIREPIT & BBQ
The backyard is available for use and includes a fire pit. It's best to plan on bringing your own wood. There's also a propane BBQ available for use.
PARKING
The driveway is large enough to park about 6 vehicles. It can also fit a 40ft trailer. No street parking.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire cabin, excluding a few locked cabinets and a closet.
Be prepared to drive on dirt and gravel roads.
During winter, the roads to the cabin (including the driveway) are plowed after significant snowfall; however, 4 wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are highly recommended for safe access.
