We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nice fridge to store your food, drinks and ice, and all of the plates and utensils you need. The house boasts a massive 78" LED TV to relax after a long day on the water in a central great room plus dining area. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office/sitting room and huge enclosed air conditioned patio, we have room to comfortably sleep your family of 8 (Six in beds and 2 on a Queen Airbed). Additional fee of $10/night is charged for every guest over 6 people. (Parking of up to 4 vehicles in the driveway only or two trucks and two 20 ft boats.) You will love the dark skies and millions of stars from the relaxing back yard patio that backs to the Tonto National Forest. With excellent amenities, we hope you enjoy our home, in the beautiful Tonto National Forest, as much as we do. (Please note security cameras are used at all entrances to the home.)
