The space
THIS CABIN IS AN OFF GRID CAMP, it is NOT A RESORT CABIN. It is in a remote area and you might encounter some wildlife/insects occasionally. It’s only sources of light are by Propane Wall Lanterns, Flashlights, Portable Lanterns, Candles, etc. NO ELECTRICITY. There is no way to charge devices so please plan accordingly.
Main cabin has a full size sleeper sofa, two recliners, a wood burning stove, the full kitchen including a double sink, propane powered refrigerator, stove/oven combo, a full bathroom with shower (no tub), and a dining area in the kitchen. Hot water in the main cabin. The bunk house has a bunk bed with 2 single beds and a trundle bed with 2 single beds, as well as a half bath with a sink (cold water only).

Other things to note
Prepare to detach from the grid and the grind. Break away with this adventure in the woods! Ignite the propane lanterns and be transported to a simpler time while you enjoy a game of cards or snuggling with a book and a cup of hot tea in front of a warm fire. In the summer, enjoy a nap in the hammock next to the campfire under beautiful, mature cedars and millions of stars with the wild and scenic Cascade River roaring under the nearby Bernhard Bridge.
Your comfort is important when you return from hiking through the Cascade Mountains. The main cabin is complete with a full bathroom and on demand water heater. Create full meals in the kitchen or flame your meat and veggies on the provided charcoal grill. A small but mighty efficient propane refrigerator will keep your perishables chilled for meal planning.
Sleeping for four is convenient in the bunkhouse, complete with a half bathroom and propane lighting. A sleeper sofa in the main cabin sleeps two, providing space for the whole family or your group of kayakers.
Truly off grid, no electricity is provided. That means no electric lights, no charging your devices, etc. Propane and battery powered lighting keep the nighttime cabins dim. Be prepared to bring an extra book light and head lamp for getting around safely at night. Because Cascade River Park is an off grid community, there is little to no public lighting leaving the area free of light pollution and excellent for a night time adventure hike around the park. Discover the swings and the river access down the street and the hand crafted benches in picturesque locations.
