Thoughtfully updated from top to bottom in 2025, this home blends modern comfort with rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families, small groups, or anyone looking for peace and quiet less than 2 miles from the new hospital just outside of the city limits.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests and includes three bedrooms plus a loft area. Two bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed, and the loft features another queen bed. All furnishings and finishes are either brand new or fully restored. The west-facing deck is a favorite spot to relax, offering beautiful sunset views and the chance to see deer, turkeys, and quail across the property’s two scenic acres. Let's not forget the perfect place to view the star lit skies away from the city lights. Along with all of that keep in mind you will need to book early for spring Sandhill Crane migration as this location is absolutely as good as it gets for the amateur or professional crane migration follower.
