Luxury inside the gates of Stillwater Resort. You will love this completely updated and newly furnished end-unit condo. Relax on the oversized balcony while enjoying the calm lake views and sunsets. You can even see your boat in the dedicated slip from our location. The balcony friend's circle of wicker seating along with the teak table set for dining is always a favorite spot to enjoy. The stoned gas fireplace is enhanced with a TV for game days. Weber gas grill for your use.
From the moment you step inside, the bright interior greets you with an open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen so everyone can be together. Gas fireplace with mounted Smart TV. Cable & Wireless Wi-Fi are provided.
There are Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen for the favorite cook. All small appliances are provided also. (Coffee maker, & Keurig, toaster, blender, air fryer). There is a pantry with an overflow refrigerator, shelving, washer and dryer.
The spacious primary suite is lakeside with a private door to the balcony. Sleep number king bed duel controlled. Dressers and nightstands and room for all your belongings. Smart TV in this suite. The attached private full bathroom is enhanced with two sinks, a garden tub, separate shower, WC & walk in closet . This room is very large and could accommodate a crib if needed.
Guest suites 1 & 2 are on the front side of the condo in their own "wing". The oversized hallway brings you to guest suite 1 which has a king bed, closet, and cabinet for storage. Guest suite 2 is furnished with two twin beds, a nightstand, a closet, and a storage table.
All bedrooms are well furnished. New linens and towels are always provided. There are even extra sets provided if you need them. All bedrooms have blinds and blackout curtains. Fans. Beach/pool towels will be in the guest bathroom linen closet. The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Spend a few days or longer so you can enjoy the amenities. We have a fabulous pool area with a stone waterfall slide, zero entry, and chairs galore. There is a picnic pavilion, exercise room, and bathrooms.
Life in Stillwater is safe and fun. The golf course is open to the public and the club/restaurant Coppers is always a fun place to eat and enjoy music all year long. Close to off-site restaurants and activities. Auburn University is only 25 minutes southeast of the lake. 2 hours from Atlanta, and close to an hour from Montgomery or Birmingham. Lake Martin is the Gem of Alabama. Clean clear water and plenty of islands and beached to explore. Please be aware that the lake water levels will drop 4 feet from mid October to.1 April.
