Located just 10 minutes from TPC Waste Management and 25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, this prime location provides easy access to the best shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area.
The open-concept living area is perfect for entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, and large flat-screen TVs. Cook up a feast in the kitchen complete with plenty of counter space. And with indoor and outdoor dining areas, you can enjoy your meals al fresco or in the comfort of air conditioning.
Retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each appointed with comfortable beds and linens for a great night's sleep. The master includes a King bed and ensuite bath, and the guest bedrooms include two queen beds. There is also an office with an additional sleeper sofa, plenty of room for everyone!
The home is stylish and comfortable, with furnishings that are both functional and inviting. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
