The Space:
This beautiful, recently renovated carriage house is the perfect place for your getaway to Louisville. Nestled behind the main home, this stay features beautifully landscaped gardens with a koi pond and an inviting front porch with comfy outdoor seating. Step inside through the entry doors and you'll find the open living area with plenty of seating; and a kitchenette that includes a 2-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave (mounted under the counter and looks like a regular oven but there is no oven). There's also a bar area with seating and a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. The bathroom and the primary bedroom with one queen bed are on this level as well. Upstairs is the loft area that has a bedroom at one end with two twin daybeds. At the other end of the loft, across the open walkway that looks down onto the living area, you'll find a separate den/seating area where the TV is located. This is a Smart TV with WiFi access and you can use the apps on it with your own logins to enjoy streaming content.

-This is a 100% smoke free campus. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, including the porches and the yard/garden. Any violations of this policy will result in a $250 fee.
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire place to yourself but the garden area is shared with the main home. Street parking is the only available option and there is a walkway from the front of the main home that leads to the carriage house in the rear. Smart locks are used to enter the carriage house, no need to remember a key.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Crescent Hill neighborhood, this adorable carriage house is a quiet retreat that's about a 5 minute walk to Frankfort Ave's many restaurants, pubs, and shops. The property is about a 10 minute walk to Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, less than a 10 minute drive from Downtown, and about a 20 minute drive from Churchill Downs and the Expo Center.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. There is also a TARC bus stop at Frankfort & Franck, about a 10 minute walk from the unit.
Other Things to Note:
This unit is a carriage house behind a private home and there are long-term residents that live there. However, this is a managed property and, unlike a hotel, no one is on site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need anything at all, but please don't bother the residents in the main house.
This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.
