Basic, simple, clean bathroom with a bathtub. Small living/dining space, and full kitchen. Washer/dryer in basement. This house is perfect for an affordable stay in Morgantown for 2 people. It's fine to sleep up to 4 adults using cots/crib/pack&play/blowup matress if you bring them. There is a couch that can be slept on that is comfortable for a shorter person. Nice sunset view off back porch. Large front yard with shade tree (no fence). Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, heating, and AC. Fully stocked with dishware & cookware. Ample street parking for up to 3 cars (please see note to park one car on Crawford Ave, and additional on Leeway St). Mainly posting availability for football game days, but feel free to message and inquire about other date possibilities. 20 min drive to Cheat Lake (swimming/boating/kayaking, etc). 30 min drive to Coopers Rock. 1.25 hrs to Pittsburgh.
