Pick your beach! Sirenia Beach House is located between 2 beaches on a quiet dead end street with fabulous views of the waterfront. Walk to your fave shops, ice cream shops and restaurants! Sirenia Beach House is located directly beside Sirenia Cove (#3637877), our other 4 bed 3 bath vacation rental private home property.
BOATING
We love boating! The deepwater canal is at your backdoor to enjoy fishing on the dock or boating. Our property boasts direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Pass Galati marina on your way to gas up or grab a great restaurant meal. Need inspiration on places to boat? We've got you! We pride ourselves on helping guests enjoy the most on Anna Maria Island. Bring your boat or rent one!
THE EXTERIOR
Skip the beach altogether and rejuvenate in your private resort-style backyard, reminiscent of a 5-star Caribbean resort. With a heated pool and hot tub, Tiki shelters with fairy lights, hammock, sandy beach area with luxurious outdoor furniture and a golf putting green too! The dock is a favorite spot to gather for a cocktail, gaze at the canal and enjoy “island time”. Be on the lookout for dolphins and manatees!
Watch the big game on our huge flat screen while you float in the pool! Dine al fresco next to the pool at our table for 8 for true outdoor island vacationing or sink into the outdoor couches.
Claim some alone time from one of the outdoor decks, where you can listen to palm trees sway, the fish jumping and watch for manatees and dolphins. Outside is where you should be living so we offer plush and luxurious seating areas on each level - the pool terrace, upper screened-in lanai and the covered primary king balcony on the top floor.
We just added a sloped kayak launch to the backyard, making it easier to get into and out of a kayak or SUP board. The slope leads into the sandy bottom canal where you can easily hop into your kayak. Bring your water shoes! Ask us where the best place to kayak to with kids to discover local marine life.
THE INTERIOR
Inside the beach house is resplendent with comfy furniture to curl up in while you watch the flat screen Smart T.V. or share in conversation in front of the candlelit fireplace. (Netflix and Samsung apps). There are lots of seating choices for everyone to sink into at the end of the day in the living room or in the lanai right next to it.
Relax in the screened-in lanai which has been replaced with lovely navy blue cushions and rug. It's my fave spot to enjoy a morning coffee and evening glass of wine while watching the canal for manatees, jumping fish and even dolphins!
KITCHEN
We love to Cook! Double griddle, traditional coffee machine, a Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, hand mixer, blender, slow cooker, 2 full size refrigerators, patio serving bowls, trays, platters, patio dinnerware and drinking cups, lots of baking dishes, etc...
The open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances easily accommodates a large group (8 at the table and 2 more at the bar). The upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and premium cookware call to your “inner foodie” making cooking for a crowd a breeze.
GRILLING
Sirenia Beach House offers both a Weber gas B.B.Q. grill and a Weber Charcoal grill. Enjoy delicious dining al fresco or in the large dining room overlooking the pool.
BEDROOMS
After a day of fun in the sunshine, spoil yourself with luxury in the bedrooms where you will find a flat-screen T.V. in every room, superior furniture, bedding, and linens will cocoon you each evening.
The upstairs king bedroom is a truly private retreat, with a sitting room and balcony to enjoy the waterfront views. Spoil yourself in the coastal, bathroom spa atmosphere complete with a separate shower and a huge soaking tub.
The second primary bedroom on the main level, is outfitted with a luxurious king size bed and flat screen T.V. has its own private bathroom. This area can be completely shut off from the rest of the guests creating a retreat on its own. Great for two or more families.
The queen bedroom has a gorgeous view of the waterfront backyard with the juliette patio sliders.
The kids bunk room can sleep 4 with the two bunk beds. This room has a great cozy navy atmosphere for sleeping in!
GAMES
Board games for family fun. Ping pong table with paddles and balls. Putting green, golf clubs and balls. Giant connect 4 game. Corn hole bean bag game.
BABY GEAR
We've got you Mom and Dad! One portable wooden crib with bedding, one booster chair, one pack n play, one baby gate for stairs, toddler plastic dinnerware and utensils. We do not have sippy cups or bottles, please bring your own as those are more personal.
THE BEACH
Other than our own backyard beach, take an easy one block stroll to the Bay Beach and City Pier (1 block) or load up the beach wagon with our complimentary beach chairs, fluffy beach towels (72 in), umbrella, cooler and head to the Gulf Beach 3 1/2 blocks away. My kids have been easily walking this since they were 5 yrs old. A golf cart is a fun way to get to the beach also and we love zooming around the island in one.
THE EXTRA LUXURIES
We offer extra luxuries that most rentals don't, such as large fluffy beach towels (72 in), beach cart, cooler, beach chairs and more. We have dish liquid soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, garbage bags, hotel size hand soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner for our guests. Hair dryers in each bathroom.
FREE ACCESS TO FITNESS
We offer our guests free access to our Anna Maria Community Centre for all of your fitness needs. Workout room with free weights and fitness machines. Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Interior basketball or exterior soccer field are also available for use.
CONCIERGE
Concierge services are also available to help make your stay especially carefree. Kitchen stocking is available (extra fee) so you don't have to go to the grocery store. Note: boats, bikes and kayaks are also available for additional fees based on product and length of rental with our recommended local vendors. Let us know if you have any special request. EFFICIENCY
There are two high-efficiency washer and dryer units to meet your needs while on vacation (one upstairs and one in the garage). There are also two refrigerators (one upstairs and one in the garage).
CONNECTION
You can stay connected with friends and family via free phone calls to the U.S. and Canada and our free high-speed wireless internet. We have Netflix and Samsung TV apps for movies and local channels.
At Sirenia, we have tried to fulfill all of your needs while visiting the island. Forget your beach towels, pool toys and cooler. We offer all of the above and more. Just pack your bathing suit and let us do the rest!
