Each of the four bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office, featuring a stylish sleeper sofa and glass French doors that provide privacy while still allowing natural light to flow through. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and amenities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The other three bedrooms, (the master bedroom with a king bed and two guest bedrooms with queen beds) are private and comfortable. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.
No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.
Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).

-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100-$250
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
