Negative: The bed and pillow doesn’t feel that clean, it has smelled, they should use clean sheets and replaced the pillow and mattress. Super annoying booking process, need to install Vacasa app to finalize the booking process, which is including ‘print and sign’ the rental agreement and email them back.
