The Space
The top floor features two king bedrooms — one with an en-suite bathroom — plus a full bathroom shared between them, ideal for couples or guests who want added privacy. The basement level functions as a fully self-contained suite — a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a second full living room, a second complete kitchen, and a full bathroom. The basement has its own private entrance directly from the parking pad, making it perfect for guests who want an independent space within the same home.
