This spacious and updated 3-bedroom, 2 bath rental is situated in the foothills above Salt Lake City with both city and mountain views. Less than 5 minutes from downtown and 45 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and Snowbasin. Centrally located between the University of Utah and downtown with hiking, biking and running trails minutes away, the unit is ideally situated to meet every need.
From the upgraded bedding to fully remodeled kitchen, this unit will surely impress! The newly updated kitchen has stainless appliances, quartz counter tops and all the tools you'll need to make meals away from home. The large living room is bright and comfortable with ample room for your group to relax. The shared yard boasts outdoor eating area and a play set to keep the kids entertained. The rental is the lower level of a duplex - stairs are required to access the single level unit (there is also a ramp on the west side of the house if you prefer). The lower level is a full walk-out and has full-sized windows - not your typical lower level.
