Enjoy firing up a BBQ and relaxing in the hot tub with views of the Jemez mountains. Use our separate TV room / work space with a desk and couch to relax or work. Internet service of 100Mbps, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
The outdoor space is fantastic and totally private with a high fence all the way around. This in conjunction with the deck and easy access to both living spaces is very unique and creates an awesome flow for entertaining and relaxing. Both owners live close by and are readily available, no property management company to haggle with. The home has an extremely quiet HVAC with heat and AC, plus the home has a real presence in its design and colors which helps create lasting memories.
Everything in the home is accessible, including laundry, to guests except for one locked owners closet in the hallway.

The home is a very walkable neighborhood making it easy to get around. Spend the day relaxing in the park before going to one of the many eclectic cafes in the area. And head to the famed Canyon Road where galleries and restaurants await.
Very close to public transportation, bike riding anywhere in town is easy from here. And there is ample parking.

Trash day is on Wednesday. On that morning the host or cohost might come by to move outside trash bin from driveway to street curb, and back again after trash has been collected. Guests don't need to do anything.
